About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and versatile Communications Generalist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of content strategy, visual communication, and collaborative execution, offering a unique opportunity to contribute across various communication touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be passionate about compelling storytelling, possess a keen eye for design, and thrive in an environment that requires juggling multiple responsibilities – from in-depth content research and sophisticated writing to rapid visual asset creation and seamless inter-agency coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development & Curation: Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content tailored for diverse digital platforms, including social media channels, comprehensive campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.
  
• Visual Asset Creation & Support: Independently create quick-turnaround visual assets utilizing tools such as Canva. Provide invaluable support to senior designers by gathering reference materials and assisting with formatting during periods of high demand.
  
• Agency Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for external agency partners, expertly managing timelines, facilitating feedback loops, and ensuring creative alignment to achieve campaign objectives.
  
• Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Communication Lead and various internal teams to meticulously execute communication campaigns and deliver high-impact communication collaterals.
  
• Digital Trend Analysis & Optimization: Proactively monitor emerging digital trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement metrics to ensure content tone, format, and distribution strategies are consistently optimized for maximum reach and effectiveness.
  

• We are looking for an individual who demonstrates exceptional proficiency and potential in the following areas:
  
• Superior Content Acumen: Proven strong writing, editing, and content research skills with an exceptional eye for detail, grammar, and narrative flow.
  
• Foundational Design Literacy: Demonstrated basic design proficiency with tools such as Canva, coupled with an understanding of visual aesthetics and brand guidelines.
  
• Proactive & Self-Directed Initiative: A highly motivated self-starter who exhibits a strong sense of ownership, can work autonomously, and is not constrained by traditional role definitions or academic backgrounds.
  
• Digital Ecosystem Fluency: Prior experience or a clear, demonstrated understanding of working within agile digital environments and across various social media platforms.
  
• Exemplary Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, particularly in managing and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders and agency partners.
  
• Resilience & Adaptability: A "never say die" attitude characterized by a strong willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, take ownership of tasks, and provide versatile support wherever needed.
