Job Title: Financial Operations Systems Analyst
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 4250 USD, (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Financial Operations Systems Analyst to help integrate, manage, and optimize the firms financial and investment data across multiple systems. This role will be primarily internally facing, collaborating closely with the investment, finance, and client service teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and support workflow improvements. A background in wealth management or financial operations is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment & Client Data Oversight:

  • Manage and reconcile investment and client data across CRM, wealth systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and security across all internal platforms.
  • Maintain privacy compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SEC).


Technology & Systems Management:

  • Act as a power user for platforms like Masttro, Wealthbox, Arch, Dropbox, and Monday.com (training provided if unfamiliar).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with vendors, and recommend enhancements.
  • Support internal teams on best practices and tool adoption.


Workflow Optimization & Automation:

  • Build and improve operational workflows, especially using Monday.com.
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks; advanced automation (e.g., AI or vendor collaboration) is a plus but not required.


Reporting & Special Projects:

  • Assist in preparing reporting packages and forecasting materials.
  • Support ad hoc requests, including real estate tracking, capital calls, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct operational reviews and cost analyses as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in financial operations, investment data, or wealth management roles (3+ years may be considered for strong candidates).
  • Experience in private markets and/or wealth management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage sensitive client data with confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English with clear, effective communication skills (accents welcome as long as communication is clear).
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with property management software (LeadSimple, AppFolio, PropertyMeld).
  • Experience in multi-family office or UHNW client environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Wealthbox, Masttro, or Arch.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting processes (e.g., K1s, capital calls, distributions).
  • Exposure to AI-based automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
  • Background in accounting, finance, or real estate operations.
