Sales Enablement Manager

INTRODUCTION: 

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to optimize our sales team’s effectiveness. This role is crucial in driving sales productivity and contributing to the success of the sales team.

Our Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing training programs, coaching, reviewing and optimizing sales processes, providing resources to our sales team, and ensuring alignment between our sales strategy and customer needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies, implementing enablement tools that drive revenue growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:    

  • Sales Training & Development: Design, implement and lead training programs to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and introduce improvements to enhance performance.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure sales messaging and materials are aligned with brand strategy, tone and messaging.
  • Sales Enablement Tools: Evaluate, identify, implement, and manage CRM systems, analytics tools, and other enablement technologies.
  • Performance Analysis: Establish and monitor key sales metrics, analyze data, and provide insights, adjusting strategies to improve results as needed.
  • Content & Resource Management: Develop and maintain sales playbooks, presentations, and other resources to support the sales team.
  • Onboarding & Coaching: Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members; improving on ramp up times for all new hires
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on defining our objectives, goals and strategies. Highlight team success and areas of improvement along with appropriate solutions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to keep the sales team informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or enablement tools.
  • Background in B2B or SaaS sales environments.
  • Proven track record in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations.
  • Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, sales analytics and enablement tools.
  • Analyze sales data and drive strategic improvements.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and goals
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $100,000-- $117,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
