Position Summary

We are seeking a highly articulate, tech-savvy, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone in the Philippines who possesses impeccable English language skills and excellent writing and listening comprehension. The role also requires adaptability to systems, light email correspondence, and documentation of calls.

  • Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM PHT

Responsibilities

  • Answering Inbound Calls Receive and professionally respond to incoming calls with clarity, confidence, and courtesy.
  • Information Documentation Accurately document client and caller information in English during or immediately after calls into our CRM system.
  • RM Navigation Quickly learn and efficiently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to retrieve and input information.
  • Email Correspondence Draft and send light, professional email communication as needed (e.g., confirmations, follow-ups, basic client support).
  • Scheduling & Reminders Assist in booking appointments or sending reminders via CRM or other internal tools.
  • Escalation & Follow-ups Identify when to escalate calls to relevant departments and ensure clear hand-off notes are left for the internal team.

Required Qualifications

  • Language & Communication
    • Near-native English fluency in both speech and writing.
    • Excellent listening comprehension and note-taking ability.
  • Technical Proficiency o Demonstrated comfort with remote tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, VoIP systems, Google Workspace).
    • Ability to learn new software quickly and independently.
  • Professional Demeanor
    • Calm, friendly, and service-oriented tone.
    • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (remote experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Outlook, Sagoma MS Bookings or similar.
  • Background in Personal Lines insurance.
