About Us:
Team Sunshine Construction is the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic’s largest and premier installation company, specializing in solar, HVAC, and roofing solutions. As an award-winning, local contractor, we’re expanding our sales team from our innovative Boston Sales Incubator to generate appointments and close deals virtually, all from our state-of-the-art office space.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners throughout the region transition to renewable energy. Your responsibilities will include:

Educating potential clients on the benefits of solar energy and generating interest in renewable solutions.
Scheduling qualified appointments for our Senior Energy Consultants to deliver custom solar proposals.
Gathering essential information from potential customers to streamline the sales process.
Collaborating with mentors and managers to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
Mastering sales tools such as Calltools, Knockbase, Google Calendar, and Gohighlevel.
Representing Team Sunshine Construction both internally and externally, ensuring a positive and professional image.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
