This is a remote position.

JOB TITLE: Webflow Designer/Developer

RATE: Php 385 per hour

Work Type:

Remote/WFH | Project-based
With a possibility of getting more projects.

Working Hours:

Flexible hours (doesn't necessarily need to work PST/PDT)
To start: 40 hours
With a few hours of overlap between you & the client.

MEETINGS: start or end of the day (9 AM to 5 PM PDT)
For Communication: WhatsApp or Slack later through the evening and the client is happy to take messages up to 10pm PDT.

Project Scope:

Goal: Support and enhance our existing website, with an immediate priority on implementing SEO
Improvements and speeding up design refinements.
Estimated Involvement: ~40–80 hours
Preferred Start Date: Within 2–3 weeks

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement SEO improvements based on an existing SEO audit/report.
Modify and enhance an existing website built in Webflow, staying true to our updated design system.
Collaborate with our internal design team in Figma to discuss, refine, and implement visual updates.
Provide creative input when needed while maintaining consistency with our brand and UX goals.
Execute tasks independently and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Communicate clearly and proactively about progress, timelines, and challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven expertise in Webflow; comfortable navigating and updating existing designs.
Experience implementing SEO recommendations and optimizing websites for search engines.
Proficiency in Figma with a strong grasp of design-to-development workflows.
Solid UI/UX design fundamentals, with the ability to contribute to both structure and style.
Experience working in client services or consulting environments is a plus.
Strong collaboration, communication, and self-management skills.
