Quality Control Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

Compensation starts at $1,500 per month (US Dollars)

We are seeking high-level quality control members with EXCELLENT ENGLISH skills (Written and Spoken) and strong interpretation and understanding of American culture, expression, and figures of speech.

Job Details:
Fusion Growth Partners is looking for a Quality Control Specialist that can help us audit and review for quality control our most important meeting format compliance. These are proprietary meetings between Fusion personnel and our partners.

Do you enjoy being in meetings, or watching meetings in action? If so, this is the job for you! This position will primarily include repetitive audits of meetings recordings between Fusion’s executive team and Fusion’s clients. Each meeting recording is filled with unique interactions, personalities and process discussions. However, Fusion’s executives are supposed to guide our clients through a planning discussion format. Afterward viewing each meeting recording, this quality control specialist will submit a full quality control assessment of these meeting recordings using Fusion’s provided assessment form. Training insights for this meeting with be provided to ensure success in this role. This audit will provide insightful and valuable feedback to Fusion about the quality of our executive’s meeting consultative leadership with our business partners. The successful candidate will have superior writing skills, the ability to learn and navigate several types of meeting formats.

The Purpose of our Company:

Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and business accelerator. When we partner with business owner, we invest heavily into their small business and help them significantly grow their clientele and build a true business or company. We accomplish this by providing sophisticated business planning, complete systems and processes, the use of our trained staff to run those systems, and thousands of dollars in marketing capital. We earn our compensation from licensing fees or from a small percentage of business closed. As far as we know, we are the only company in the country that that currently offers these services.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home!!!



Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills.

- Strong technological skills.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel as well as its Google counterparts (Docs and Sheets).
- Proficiency in Outlook.
- Ability to organize and report large sums of information in a detailed, organized manner.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.

- Desktop Computer (Core i5 Intel and above preferred)
- Two Monitor Screens (Preferred/recommended)
- High Speed Internet (Required)
