As a Business Development Executive, your mission is elegantly simple yet profoundly impactful: you will identify and strategically engage "High-Value Targets" – successful real estate agents and small service-based business owners – through proactive, executive-level outreach. Your primary objective is to secure initial discovery meetings for our Partnership Development Executives. Annual Income Potential: Ranging from 60,000 to120,000+ in your first year. 

Performance-Based Pay: Generous fees for held and closed meetings.

Key Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in cold calling, warm calling, outside sales, or high-value inside sales. 
  • Exceptional conversational skills and a professional telephone presence. 
  • High energy and a dedicated work ethic. 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office. 
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection. 
  • Quiet, professional home workspace. 
  • Laptop/Computer with a working webcam (for remote team collaboration).
