Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions
Build you own team and service offer. Contribute to the team profit and loss and yearly result. Support in selling complex project.
Work across modern technologies such as Java and React, while also supporting and migrating legacy systems to the cloud
Architect and implement microservices and containerized solutions.
Drive cloud adoption, prioritizing Google Cloud Platform, Azure and AWS.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to estimate projects, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals and Profit and Loss considerations.
Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and foster technical growth within the team. Be responsible for the career path of your team.
Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery through direct, efficient communication and leadership.
Work effectively in regulated and diverse domains such as Banking, NGOs, and Telecom

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):

Strong proficiency and hands on experience in Java and React.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid experience with cloud platforms – ideally Google Cloud, but also Azure and AWS.
Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms. Demonstrated success In digital transformation programs, adopting new technologies and designing scalable architectures.
Willingness to work with both modern and legacy technologies.
Proven experience in project estimation and understanding Profit and Loss impact from a technical perspective.
Strong soft skills and communication abilities.
Experience mentoring, hiring, and training junior developers.
Solid technical education (HTL, TU, FH, Uni) in Software Engineering or related fields
Any professional certification in the relevant tech stack will be considered as a strong plus (e.g. GCP, Azure and AWS)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Experience with .NET, C#, C++, and Python.
German language proficiency
