Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Build you own team and service offer. Contribute to the team profit and loss and yearly result. Support in selling  complex project.
  • Work across modern technologies such as Java and React, while also supporting and migrating legacy systems to the cloud
  • Architect and implement microservices and containerized solutions.
  • Drive cloud adoption, prioritizing Google Cloud Platform, Azure and AWS.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to estimate projects, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals and Profit and Loss considerations.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and foster technical growth within the team. Be responsible for the career path of your team.
  • Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery through direct, efficient communication and leadership.
  • Work effectively in regulated and diverse domains such as Banking, NGOs, and Telecom

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):
  • Strong proficiency and hands on experience in Java and React.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms – ideally Google Cloud, but also Azure and AWS.
  • Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms. Demonstrated success In digital transformation programs, adopting new technologies and designing scalable architectures.
  • Willingness to work with both modern and legacy technologies.
  • Proven experience in project estimation and understanding Profit and Loss impact from a technical perspective.
  • Strong soft skills and communication abilities.
  • Experience mentoring, hiring, and training junior developers.
  • Solid technical education (HTL, TU, FH, Uni) in Software Engineering or related fields
  • Any professional certification in the relevant tech stack will be considered as a strong plus (e.g. GCP, Azure and AWS)
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience with .NET, C#, C++, and Python.
  • German language proficiency
