Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically strong Manager of Financial Analysis to join our Revenue Strategy & Planning team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong data manipulation and modeling skills, and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable business insights. You will help deliver accurate and insightful ARR forecasting, build dashboards, and streamline reporting processes to support business decisions across the organization.
This role focuses on hands-on analytics, model building, and performance reporting—requiring a high degree of technical proficiency and business acumen. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and BI.
What You Will DoBuild, maintain, and improve ARR analysis models and dashboards to support monthly and quarterly executive reporting with data-backed insights and visualizationsCreate and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs to support and improve operational performanceDevelop and automate repeatable reporting processes using BI toolsCollaborate with GTM, Product Finance, and Analytics teams to evaluate revenue performanceEnsure consistency of ARR definitions and metrics across systems and reportingPartner with Financial Business Systems and Enterprise Applications teams to streamline and validate data sourcesDevelop and maintain ARR forecasting models to support strategic planningSupport ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for strategic decision makingWhat You Will BringExperience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention)Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)Experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validationAdvanced proficiency in Excel for modeling and analysisDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExceptional analytical skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience working with data warehouse platforms preferred (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or Fabric)Experience with ETL and data prep tools preferred (e.g., Matillion, Alteryx, or Power Query)Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is a plusExceptional analytical skills and attention to detail is a plusIn the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $106,000 to $176,000. In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $89,000 to $148,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
