The ideal candidate is both analytical and collaborative, skilled at identifying inefficiencies, introducing automation and best practices, and partnering cross-functionally to standardize scalable solutions that improve performance, reduce friction, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Mapping & Redesign

  • Analyze and document current-state workflows across HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance

  • Design optimized future-state processes to improve quality, speed, and alignment across departments

  • Use Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable gains in efficiency and performance

  • Deliver actionable insights and process performance reviews using Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon Quicksight

3. Automation & Tool Enablement

  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to eliminate manual steps and improve handoffs across teams

  • Support system integrations between CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), finance tools, HR platforms, and marketing automation systems

  • Ensure automation strategies align with compliance, data security, and business continuity standards

4. SOP Development & Documentation

  • Build and maintain clear SOPs, process maps, and training documentation for optimized workflows

  • Standardize documentation practices to ensure continuity and ease of adoption across global and remote teams

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

  • Partner with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather input and drive process ownership

  • Lead pilot programs to test improvements and collect feedback before broader rollout

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging team leads and reinforcing new practices
