Position Summary:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and analytical Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform digital advertising campaigns. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and ROI through paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, bidding tactics, and performance tracking systems.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend while achieving performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Provide regular reporting with insights, optimization recommendations, and strategic direction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital advertising or paid media role.
  • Proven success managing PPC, display, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google AdsMeta Ads ManagerLinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CAC.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS paid media environments.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Tableau, or Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid strategy.
