iQualex Capital Limited is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Credit Quality & Adjudication Experts to join our Credit Risk Lab. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about financial inclusion and ready to make a BIG impact through exceptional customer service and cutting-edge technology. As a Credit Quality & Adjudication Expert, you’ll engage with clients, manage loan applications, ensure top-notch credit quality, and make informed adjudication decisions using our suite of tools. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for in-person meetings, training, or client outreach to fuel our global vision.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Engagement: Connect with clients via phone, email, and multi-channel platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger) using Zoho Voice, SalesIQ, and Desk to deliver outstanding service and support loan applications

  • Loan Processing and Adjudication: Manage leads and deals in Zoho CRM, create and process loan applications using Zoho Creator, evaluate creditworthiness, and make bold, informed adjudication decisions.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Microcredit Act (2021), Jamaican financial regulations (e.g., AML/KYC), and the Data Protection Act (2020) to maintain our commitment to integrity.

  • Credit Quality Assurance: Review loan applications with precision to ensure high credit quality and alignment with iQualex’s innovative standards.

  • Customer Support: Resolve client inquiries and tickets via Zoho Desk, fostering long-term borrower relationships that drive growth.

  • Data Security: Champion cybersecurity best practices, including secure data handling and fraud detection, to protect client information.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate remotely using Zoho Mail and Cliq, embodying empathy, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity to support our global vision.

  • Reporting: Leverage Zoho CRM and Desk to generate reports and analytics, tracking loan performance and client interactions to fuel strategic growth.

  • Occasional Travel: Participate in in-person training, team meetings, or client outreach to amplify iQualex’s presence, as required.


Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

  • Experience: No prior experience required; experience in customer service, sales, or microfinance is a plus.


    SKILLS:

  • Bold communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client-centric service.

  • Basic computer literacy and eagerness to master the Zoho suite.

  • Sharp attention to detail, analytical prowess, and a commitment to ethical practices.

  • Ability to thrive independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a global team.


    Availability: Must be available for a four-week remote training program (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Jamaica time) and occasional travel. Normal working hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a minimum daily productive time of 80%

    Residency: Must reside in Jamaica with reliable internet access for remote work.

Salary: JMD 1,080,000.00 - JMD 1,620,000
