To join our team as an Operations Specialist! This role will be supporting our small business program with OG&E Oklahoma and Arkansas. This role will work functionally with the OG&E Program Managers, local inspectors, account managers and other Operations Specialists. This role ensures smooth delivery of projects and programs by adhering to guidelines.

Successful candidates will reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

This role is hybrid work-from-home and in-office, expect to come into office 1-2x a week for in person meetings with local program team and/or trade allies.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong Attention to Detail
Proficient in management tools (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Salesforce CRM)
Clear and proactive communication - both via phone and email
Ability to identify issues and effectively communicate to problem solve
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage large amounts of data, emails and documentation effectively
Experience with Energy Efficiency Programs and/or working knowledge of Lighting/HVAC/Refrigeration (is a plus, but not required)

$52,000 /USD Annually

$48,800.00 - $66,300.00
