We are looking for emotionally intelligent Coordinator/Shift Supervisors to act as advocates and help people to improve and better their daily lives and experiences, within specified standards and timescales.

What You Will Do

Monitor specific Shelter program systems to ensure security, safety and efficiency of daily client services and activities.
Support all client scheduled services or activities and ensure that all are successfully delivered.
Ensures that all clients’ external appointments are kept and efficient program activities are coordinated.

Who You Will Be

Someone with a High School diploma or GED, required.
At least two years of experience in Human Services preferably in an agency delivering social services or a program for treating substance use and/or homeless.
Must have FDNY F-80- Certificate of Fitness for Coordinator of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems
Must have CPR Certification.
Within 90 days of hire must obtain NYC Food Handler’s Certificate.
Must possess computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
