We are currently looking for a Controlling Process Expert ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

Maintaining and controlling internal data repositories to ensure accuracy and consistency
Creating and maintaining regular reports to support management in strategic decision-making
Supporting planning and forecasting processes by analyzing data and identifying key discrepancies
Building financial models and performing cost allocation analyses
Conducting ad-hoc analytical tasks related to profitability, capital planning, and other business needs
Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders across the organization

Skills you should have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Econometrics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the banking industry or in bank accounting
Solid knowledge of SQL and data modelling; familiarity with BigQuery will be an asset
Good understanding of IFRS standards and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets are a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret complex data with a business-oriented approach
Fluency in both spoken and written English
