What you need to become our newest Agile Business Analyst

• Value a flexible working model of on-site and working from home. 
• Want to do great work so you are genuinely helping your client.
• Work with a pragmatic agile state of mind to ensure your customer’s needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Can quickly build rapport with your clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them.
• Enjoy the challenge of stretching yourself outside of your comfort zone by picking up a new programming/script language, design pattern, tool, platform, or process just to prove you can do it!
• Want to work with and learn from some of the best technologists in the business.
• You are a Business Analysis working on greenfield software development projects where they have utilised Agile/Lean/Kanban techniques and methods
• You have experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to your colleagues on the development team
• You can facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering
• You are required to be inventive, innovative and experimental, but also focused on what the business needs and how you can help it get there.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree qualified in Business, Information Technology or a related field
• Essential Skills:  3-5 years of relevant industry experience
