What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a self-motivated UX Designer with a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for fintech and banking service products.

Responsibilities:

Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital products.
Design intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of our banking and financial service clients, ensuring adherence to the latest UI/UX best practices and industry standards.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
Build reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
Contribute to the continuous learning and growth of the team.
Stay informed and share about emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrating a clear understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a disciplined agile development environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
Experience with browser automation tools and build tools such as Selenium, Cypress.io, Webpack, Grunt/Gulp, and Babel.
Familiarity with multi-language, multi-country, and multi-currency web applications.
Exposure to infrastructure, CI/CD, networking, web serving, or monitoring is a plus.
Exposure to web security concepts and concerns, such as CORS, CSP, CSRF, and XSS is a plus.
