We are an established and growing accounting firm seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing and content efforts. In this role, you will help drive our outreach strategy through consistent content creation, engaging webinars, and maintaining a strong online presence. The Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you're a proactive, full-spectrum marketer who can execute high-quality campaigns across platforms powered by AI tools and your creative brain. You'll work alongside a marketing strategist or team leader, but your focus is on implementation and execution.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Creating, curating, and publishing content for blogs, websites, and social media (with help from AI tools)
  • Supervising and supporting other marketing team members
  • Applying SEO best practices to optimize content and boost visibility
  • Managing content across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Business, Facebook, and our website
  • Collaborating with internal teams to turn ideas into polished marketing materials
  • Writing web copies, newsletters, and email campaigns that match our brand voice.
  • Tracking performance and reporting on key campaign metrics
  • Keeping content fresh and relevant across all platforms
  • Staying agile and adaptable as this role evolves with you

You Are:

  • Experienced in digital marketing (3+ years)
  • Proficient with Google PPC, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Skilled in creating landing pages and running A/B tests for PPC campaigns
  • Strong in writing and editing (excellent English communication is a must)
  • Familiar with WordPress, Google Search Console, and AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.)
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Trello/Asana
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative and comes with ideas, not just questions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Independent, but always in sync with the team
  • Flexible, curious, and resourceful, when there's a problem, you find a way.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)
  • Basic design skills (Canva is great!)
  • HubSpot or advanced WordPress experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with video editing or turning video clips into content for social media
