About the Role

SCube Digital is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple client-facing website development and migration projects. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic planning, proactive communication, and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead website builds and CMS/eCommerce migration projects using Agile methodologies
  
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments
  
• Coordinate between design, development, QA, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery
  
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies
  
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with stakeholders and clients
  
• Prepare regular status reports and project documentation for both internal and external use
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital project management
  
• Proven track record managing CMS-based projects (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, etc.)
  
• Proficiency in project tracking tools: ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Slack
  
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional remote teams and work independently
  
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and sprint planning best practices
