Job Title: Medical Biller

Shift : Night (6pm to 3am - Remote / Back Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely charge entry in the billing system
Verify patient insurance eligibility prior to claim submission
Enter and update patient demographics with attention to detail
Review and resolve payer rejections
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure billing accuracy
Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience in medical billing, especially charge entry and denial management
Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote back-office environment
Familiarity with Kareo (Tebra), eClinicalWorks (ECW), or DocTor.com is a plus
Willingness to work during night shift hours
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
