Job Description:
This position conducts and analyzes tests to determine the extent and nature of a patients hearing loss, then dispense and fit auditory devices. This position will provide patient care services by independently performing diagnostic evaluations, selecting appropriate amplification devices, and counseling patients and their families about hearing loss. This position will provide in - person, phone, or online support to customers, regarding hearing testing, hearing device programing and adjustments, hearing health, and counseling. Referring to the Physician when appropriate.
