About the position:

Position:Sales Associate

Mission of the Position:To assist the internal marketing team with follow-up on sales leads

Requirements

1. Strong self-management and note-taking skills. Will need to be able to account for time spent throughout the day.

2. Familiarity with competing products and services in the digital space. (ecommerce agency knowledge)

3. Competence with CRM systems, social media, WordPress and Digital Marketing.

4. Understanding of Analytics. Ability to use digital analytics tools to track customer behaviour, engagement and sales data.

5. Clear & persuasive communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively via email, chat, or social media with an emphasis on clarity and persuasion.

6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers via digital channels.

7. Ability to understand customer pain points and suggest appropriate solutions.

8. Prioritizing leads: efficiently manage multiple customer interactions across various platforms.

9. Ability to keep track of and follow up on potential sales opportunities in a timely manner.

10. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and industry trends in the digital sales space.Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, email marketing) and how they influence sales.Ability to use customer data to identify sales opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and understand customer preferences.
