Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Line Centric Team to develop and execute daily action plans to resolve losses.
  • Enhance machine operators' skills through development, coaching, and standards enforcement.
  • Analyze data on quality and production variances and create action plans to mitigate them.
  • Perform Health and Safety audits and develop plans for maintaining a clean work environment.

  • Base salary range for Asset Owner starting at $73,000 to $115,000 yearly, commensurate on experience

  
At our Cascades Bear Island facility in Ashland you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging  team as the Asset Owner :

 

  • Leads Line Centric Team (LCT) to develop and execute a daily action plan to resolve losses, prevent recurrence, and track completion status at end of day reconnect
  • Enhances machine operators' skills and autonomy through development, coaching, and standards enforcement
  • Assess asset performance and correct situation where needed
  • Work with production planners to optimize production schedule and grade changes
  • Analyzes data on quality and production variances and creates action plan to mitigate variance
  • Create and or maintain document management of SOPs
  • Perform Health and Safety audits, develop plans for creating an orderly and clean work environment; owns A-risk.
