We’re looking for a Customer Growth Specialist to join our Services team and work directly with a portfolio of creators. This is not a support role—it’s a strategic partnership. You’ll act as a business coach and advisor to creators as they grow and scale. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, helping creators stay focused, spot opportunities, and make confident business decisions—without doing it all for them. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally  to deliver high-value, well-aligned support that accelerates outcomes for our customers.


🚀 What you’ll do

  • Guide new and existing customers through key business decisions—pricing, packaging, positioning, funnel development
  • Lead strategic check-ins via 1:1 calls and asynchronous support to help customers move forward confidently
  • Identify growth roadblocks and offer clear, actionable suggestions grounded in business best practices
  • Collaborate with Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver coordinated and impactful customer experiences
  • Develop and refine playbooks and frameworks to make strategic support more scalable
  • Guide customers in applying Uscreen’s tools to achieve real business outcomes—like growing revenue, improving retention, and expanding their audience.
  • Think like a coach, not a rep—you’ll help customers make confident business decisions, not do the work for them.

🎯 Who we’re looking for

This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges and opportunities creators face—especially in marketing and monetization. Maybe you’ve worked in digital marketing, coached small businesses, or supported creators directly. Or maybe you are (or were) a creator yourself. You don’t need to be an expert in everything—but you should be excited to think strategically, connect dots across sales and marketing, and help creators grow their businesses with confidence.


🔥 Do you have what it takes?

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, business consulting, coaching, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable advising creators, solopreneurs, or small teams on how to grow their online businesses
  • Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly and simply
  • Experience running live customer-facing sessions (Zoom calls, webinars, strategy workshops, etc.)
  • A sharp eye for marketing, monetization, or audience-building opportunities
  • A strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through


💡 Bonus points if you…

  • Have experience as a creator, coach, or small business owner
  • Have worked with video creators, online educators, or subscription-based businesses
  • Are familiar with platforms like ConvertKit, YouTube, Squarespace, Kajabi, or Instagram
  • Understand how to structure funnels and CTAs, or how to increase audience engagement and retention
