AlgoSec is looking for a bright Java Developer for our Devices team, while getting involved with full life cycle BE development.

Reporting to: R&D Team Lead

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

Responsibilities:

Devices team is responsible for connectivity of Algosec's products to various networking and security products on traditional as well as cloud-based networks, modeling their configuration and topology into the Algosec unified model.
This includes working with various vendors APIs , technologies, and models.
You will take E2E processes, deal with complicated issues and find the best solution to resolve them.
We are looking for a team player that will take part in creating the new architecture of AlgoSec products and design complicated systems.

Requirements

Requirements: 

B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in Java development
Good experience with Spring framework
Previous experience with microservice architecture and REST API
Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity.
Very bright, fast learner, independent and organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Advantages:

Previous experience in the Network Security space - Firewalls, Routers, Web-filters, etc.
Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
Knowledge in Perl/Python
