Job description

The Investor Solutions team provides custom banking solutions, as well as, a FDIC Sweep engine to global financial firms as well as a BaaS offering. Everyday our integrated and co-branded products and services help our clients safely move hundreds of millions of dollars for their customers and partners. UMB Investor Solutions provides services to over 25MM investor accounts and is the 2nd largest provider of these specialized banking services in the United States. The Investor Solutions Operations Support Specialist is responsible for all day to day operations associated with the department, including new account and user set up, product feature and functionality expertise for client training, funds management oversight for NSCC and overdraft monitoring, and ancillary FDIC Sweep administration and balancing.

How you’ll spend your time:  

  • You will utilize your technical acumen to onboard new Consumer client accounts while providing training and user setup
  • You will utilize your problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, including ensuring mitigation steps are taken
  • You will utilize your critical thinking skills to provide recommendations for process improvements and formalize new process as required, while understanding risk & impact to the business

  • You have an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points if you:

  • Possess three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience

Compensation Range:

$51,480.00 - $99,330.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
