As a Production Designer, you’ll work with the creative team, as well as client services and project management to interpret creative concepts for a variety of primarily digital and web-first formats and interfaces – working within existing brand identity systems and evolving them as required.

Responsibilities:

• Work includes websites and digital interfaces, email templates, social media, paid digital advertising, slide decks, digital and

print.

• Embrace an iterative design process and be receptive to feedback throughout the process.

• Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and exemplary attention to detail.

• Extend and translate established creative concepts into production-ready web and digital assets.

• Able to generate pixel-perfect production assets to meet required specifications for print, web, and digital mediums

• Collaborate and work alongside producers, creative, developers, media and account teams

• Develop and foster strong relationships with internal team members, clients and vendors

• Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership.

• You know Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides, and PowerPoint

• Experience working with HTML, CSS, Jira

• Performs other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or a similar field and

• At least 3+ years’ experience in a design role.

• Proven experience with print, web, and digital design.

• Degree in graphic design or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and marketing experience across print, web, and digital mediums.

• You have an eye for exemplary typography, illustration, icon design, and overall user experience.

• Experience working with print, video and /or XM production is considered an asset

• Auto and/or retail advertising experience is considered an assets

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly against shifting objectives, priorities and/or budgets while minimizing

impact on project momentum

• Strong analytical skills, ability to relate to results to client business objectives

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly adaptable and able to perform in a dynamic environment

• Comfortable working independently with strong organizational and prioritization skills; Quick learner and detail oriented
