L.L.Bean is looking for individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives!
In this part-time, temporary role, you'll be the friendly voice welcoming customers to L.L.Bean, placing orders, and answering questions – all from the comfort of your Maine home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM everyday and will extend this to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas.

The L.L.Bean Home Agency program requires you to have the following in your proposed home office. If offered a position, you will be asked to send photos of your home office set up for approval.
A computer and Internet Service that meet all system requirements listed below. NOTE: there are no exceptions:
Windows or Mac only. Chromebooks/Chromium and other Operating systems are not compatible.
Broadband Internet

L.L.Bean Home Agents must have an existing phone (Cell phone or existing landline in the event of an emergency).

Interview Requirements:
A PC or laptop with a webcam. An internet connection - see specifications below.
Interviews, onboarding, and training are conducted over a Microsoft Teams video call (similar to Zoom). Part of the interview is a computer skills assessment that is observed. Qualified candidates are asked to schedule their own interview and receive a Microsoft Teams link in advance of the interview.
If you are hired, virtual, web-based training classes are scheduled separately. Again, a web camera is required.
Health and Safety Requirements
Every employee is responsible for contributing to a safe and healthy workplace. Employees are expected to be active participants in health and safety by following all safety policies and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, or at-risk behaviors to leadership, and conducting work in a safe manner.
The application for this position requires screenshots or pictures of the home office operating system, RAM, and results of an internet speed test from the home office location. Please be aware of this when you start your application.
