Job description

Role: Project Manager Workday HCM / Workday FI Sourcing
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 Months+
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries OR Canada)

Must Haves:

Knowledge of:
Workday and Oracle, ServiceNow, and Beeline (Workforce Management tool) would be nice to have. Managing multiple projects such as Onboarding, Electronic Invoicing, Suppliers, Procurement (I-Pro), Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering one or multiple complex or large projects, serving as a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Provides guidance on developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, as well as conducting project meetings.
  • Provides expertise in IT project management by leadership and within the Organization.
  • Develops methods for ensuring compliance to quality and industry-recognized project management standards.
  • Trains teams on industry-recognized project management standards.
  • May formally supervise a small team (e.g., 1 - 3 people) and assign day-to-day work.
