FIRMAVIKAR.DK is a fast-growing staffing agency that supplies flexible and reliable personnel to businesses across multiple industries – including warehouse, catering, cleaning, and logistics. We’re more than just a recruitment partner; we aim to innovate the staffing experience through technology.
We have developed our own in-house digital platform used daily by our clients, temps, and internal team. As we continue to grow, we are preparing to take our system to the next level – both in terms of design, functionality, and scalability. That’s where you come in.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and solutions-oriented developer to support the ongoing development and optimization of our digital systems. The work will focus on improving performance, enhancing the user experience, and making our platform more professional and scalable as we move forward.
You will work closely with the founder and management team to brainstorm, structure, and build improved features into our existing setup. Your input will have a direct impact on the way we operate and scale our business.
What We’re Looking For
We are not hiring for a narrow tech stack – we’re looking for the right mindset. However, experience with Java and mobile app development is highly preferred. If you’re a problem-solver who can think ahead, understand business needs, and bring value through structured and modern development, we want to hear from you.
Ideal qualifications include:

Solid experience with backend and/or mobile app development

Startup mindset – proactive, agile, solution-driven

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
