What You’ll Do
  • Own the post-sale transition from Sales to Technical Onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design, implement, and improve onboarding processes.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into system/process designs and ensure alignment with technical architecture.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the onboarding journey, including status tracking, project updates, and internal knowledge sharing.

  • Proven experience in technical onboarding and communicating with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in process optimization and tools like Salesforce, Confluence, Git, and help desk platforms.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with federal or defense sector customers, including understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5, CMMC).
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), or DevSecOps workflows.
  • Experience documenting technical processes in knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence, Notion) for both internal and customer-facing use.
  • Certification in customer success, project management (e.g., CSM, PMP), or cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, CISSP) is a plusStrong presentation skills and ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
