We are looking for our next Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA . This role can be fully remote but live in Pacific Standard time zone. If you are near Huntington Beach, it is a great opportunity to come in and learn from those that have been in the business for years!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Provide clients quotes
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

Qualifications Needed:

• Active CA P&C license or ability to obtain license within first 90 days of employment
• Enjoys working with people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
