ROLE SUMMARY: 

Reporting to the VP of Capital Markets, the Treasury Analyst will play a key part in managing daily cash operations, optimizing liquidity, supporting investment and funding strategies, and ensuring strong internal controls over cash and treasury activities.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the preparation of short and long-term liquidity forecasts
  • Manage daily wires and ACH payments
  • Manage cash balances and cash flow through multiple bank accounts
  • Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
  • Maintain ongoing communications with investors and lenders
  • Manage monthly remittance, quarterly compliance and ad-hoc reporting for investors and lenders
  • Assist in the preparation of Finance Committee and BOD materials
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly reporting on balances as well as sources and uses of cash
  • Assist with short-term investment management and evaluation of treasury products and yield opportunities
  • Support the structuring, execution and operations of financing arrangements including loan sales, bank lines of credit and securitizations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Capital Markets, Risk, Operations, Compliance and Legal on strategic initiatives, product launches and funding structures
  • Contribute to enhancement of treasury systems, tools and processes

MUST HAVES: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in treasury, cash management or corporate finance; fintech or financial services experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of banking systems and financial instruments
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-enabled and mission-driven environment

Salary Range*: $63,694 - $77,948

*Please note that the above salary range is a national range, and compensation is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and skill level.
