Who are you?  

We’re looking for a sharp, enterprise-minded Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. You’ll shape the stories and content that drive demand, build trust with finance and HR buyers, and differentiate Papaya’s unique value in a crowded market. 

You understand the payments and HR space, know how enterprise buyers think, and can turn complex topics into content that resonates—from thought leadership to campaigns to sales assets. You're an agile writer, strategic thinker, and natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving environment. 

What will your day-to-day look like? 

  • Develop a full range of content—from high-level thought leadership to targeted performance content to sales enablement materials 
  • Work closely with demand gen, ABX, product marketing, brand, and other teams to drive high-impact campaigns 
  • Help evolve and scale our brand voice across workforce payments, payroll, and global workforce management 
  • Build and maintain a strategic content calendar tied to market trends, ICP insights, and campaign priorities 
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to create credible, insightful content on workforce payments, compliance, and global payroll 
  • Translate market research and buyer insights into messaging and content that drives conversion and supports revenue goals 
  • Own projects from concept to execution with a strong sense of accountability and creative ownership

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of payments, B2B fintech and contingent workforce (contractors) —you speak the language of C-level decision makers 
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or similar roles focused on enterprise audiences and long sales cycles 
  • Proven ability to create diverse content across the funnel: blog articles, reports, ads, emails, sales decks, web copy, video scripts, and more 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills—clear, precise, and business-relevant 
  • Strong project ownership—you can prioritize, execute, and deliver without needing a rigid structure 
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and collaborating across teams 
  • Experience using AI as a productivity tool to support (not replace) original thinking and writing 
  • Native-level English fluency
