About the Job

Lead and manage a growing global Cloud and DevOps team responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining cloud infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Oversee Agile planning cycles and manage the SCRUM process to align DevOps and Cloud teams’ objectives with business priorities and roadmaps.
Drive adoption of DevOps solutions and automation tools to accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor cloud service capacity and proactively manage performance, ensuring service quality from development through production stages.
Explore, evaluate, and integrate new cloud technologies to push capabilities forward and continuously improve the platform.

About You

Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field with 9+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation development.
Proven experience managing Cloud Operations teams and implementing DevOps solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Private Cloud).
Strong knowledge of DevOps toolsets such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, XL Release, Artifactory, and GitHub.
Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies with success managing SCRUM teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train team members and engage cross-functionally.
Nice to have: Public Cloud and DevOps certifications, proficiency with PowerBI, and familiarity with business process re-engineering (BPR).
