Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the development of an enterprise-level reporting and analytics product built on Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product vision, define the roadmap, drive business value, and deliver scalable reporting solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise reporting needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather feedback to shape product features.
  • Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog using Agile methodologies.

Technical Ownership

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions based on Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, and optionally OCI.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion) and external systems via APIs.
  • Define and oversee data visualization, dashboard, automation, and AI-enhanced reporting features.

Business Analysis & Planning

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and feasibility analysis to support product investment decisions.

Go-to-Market & Marketing Support

  • Work with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, launch plans, and messaging.
  • Support creation of sales collateral, case studies, and demo content for go-to-market activities.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the voice of the customer in all stages of product development.
  • Coordinate product demos, collect feedback, and define improvement cycles.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • +5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in enterprise software.
  • Strong technical background with Oracle technologies, especially Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle DB.
  • Experience in BI/reporting tools and enterprise data architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and translating technical specs into product features.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion) integrations.
  • Experience working with OCI or other cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to AI/ML in reporting or natural language query systems.
  • Prior experience launching enterprise SaaS or hybrid (on-prem + cloud) products.
