JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sr Salesforce System Admin/Analyst
Mode: Long term contract
Location: Remote

Profile: Team seeks a strong analytical candidate with extensive experience in a highly configured and customized Salesforce environment as well as experience with Agent Force (Salesforce's AI tool). Similar to the role we filled before, but a step up: Agent Force experience and demonstraste declaritive understandings of the tool (denoting high-level programming languages which can be used to solve problems without requiring a programmer to specify an exact procedure to be followed). As close to an engineer as you can get without being one. Will also participate and lead UAT sessions, light training, etc.
Rate: traditional systems admin/analyst rate – others in this role have made around ***/hour pay rate - share best options
Process: Submit comments as to exact exposure to Salesforce administration and analyst and Linked In profile - .5 video w/Dave followed by .75-1.0 panel w/team (David Monroe, Emad Raza)
Summary –
Candidate will serve as a Sr Salesforce System Admin/Analyst for highly skilled and fast moving CRM and Event Management team of Salesforce engineers, admins, and quality engineers, using Agile methods to facilitate team activities.
As a Sr Salesforce System Admin/Analyst , candidate will work across the product team to identify and resolve issues and roadblocks, facilitate team ceremonies and backlog management. Candidate will complete declarative configuration in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud .Candidate will also work with end users to provide end user support and resolve inquiries, facilitate new user group onboarding & training, facilitating UAT sessions across multiple teams.
The candidate will have experience as both a Salesforce Admin (Sales and/or Service Cloud) as well as a business analyst (working with users to solve business needs with system capabilities). Ideal career path of business analyst to systems admin within a salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the implementation of Agentforce features.
Responsibilities –
Triage, monitor and resolve end user issues and inquiries including managing user support case queue to support 1700+ Salesforce users
Participate in daily Team Scrum meetings, provide senior leadership with agile metrics that reflect the teams productivity and backlog burn down
Participate in end of sprint retrospective meetings, maintaining a retrospective backlog and see that actions are worked off to completion
Participate in development sprints and successfully complete declarative system configurations to enhance Salesforce instance.
Facilitate functional demos and UAT sessions
Build positive team dynamics and relationships with customer/team staff;
Identify and quickly comprehend complex project dependencies and in collaboration with cross-functional team members, resolve dependencies and blockers
Monitor transparency of release vision
Participate in commonly accepted better Agile/Scrum practices
Remove impediments to deliver success through the proactive management of external dependencies, medium-to-high complexity team problem-solving and the development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges
Accountable for creating and maintaining the appropriate vehicles for open communication within the scrum team
Create and maintain system including business process flows and other required documentation artifacts
In partnership with business unit stakeholders drive end user adoption through various change management and user support activities
Partner with business unit stakeholders to support end user adoption through communication, change management planning and training

Required Skills –
Bachelors and 5+ years experience with application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, and application hosting; and experience with 3+ years as a business analyst
5+ years of Salesforce Sales cloud and or Service Cloud Admin Experience
Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
Experience as part of an agile team
Experience with utilizing Jira to manage work for the team
Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the agile process
Ability to manage the dependencies between team capacity, prioritization, software quality and committed deadlines
Strong knowledge and certification in Agile methodology and framework
Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-functional project teams including leading Agile scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms preferred
Strong leadership, , and presentation skills with a firm sense of accountability, ownership for the end-to-end project lifecycle
Preferred, but not required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)and/or Agile Certified Practitioner
