The Role

Manage Content - Oversee Pending + Duplicate Events sections daily (training provided). Ensure Featured Venues are updated and accurate. QA event listings for broken links, missing or incorrect details
Community & Customer Support -Monitor and respond to the client's community inbox. Handle basic user support (password resets, profile updates, FAQs, etc.)
Digital Content & Campaign - Manage giveaways: set up, choose winners, and send notifications. Update homepage and evergreen user pages weekly. Curate timely editorial pages (e.g., "Cinco de Mayo Events", "Where to Watch the Super Bowl")
Client Reporting & Analytics - Prepare and send campaign recap reports with accurate metrics. Run and troubleshoot Radmin reports in coordination with the DoStuff team
Additional Digital Marketing Task - Participate in ad hoc marketing tasks (training/guidance provided. Contribute ideas and insights for process improvement and content quality

The Requirements
