We’re looking for a System Administrator to ensure the smooth, secure, and uninterrupted operation of our software, hardware, and network infrastructure.

Maintain and optimize our technical infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and reliability. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the functionality and safety of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware

  • Manage and support company tools and technology stack

  • Set up user accounts and workstations

  • Monitor and maintain system performance in line with business needs

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform system diagnostics

  • Ensure security protocols through access control, backups, and firewalls

  • Implement updates and integrate new software releases

  • Train and support staff on the use of new technologies

  • Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and security policies


Basic Requirements
  • Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Marketplace apps, Admin panel)

  • Experience managing Google Workspace (admin panel)

  • Familiarity with Looker Studio

  • Knowledge of databases and networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

  • Understanding of system security (e.g., IDS) and backup/recovery methods

  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, MySQL, or similar)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • English proficiency (reading technical documentation and above)


Nice to Have
  • Experience with AWS admin console

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator)
