Job description

Black & Grey HR is hiring on behalf of ProCareer Services and is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong visual storytelling ability to amplify our career branding services. You’ll transform resume content into compelling visuals - designing polished LinkedIn banners, infographic resumes, promotional videos, and social media assets that align with our writers’ narratives. Your work will elevate personal brands for Graduate students building professional identities, Mid-career professionals transitioning to leadership and C-Suite executives reinforcing thought leadership.
The Key Responsibilities are:

Visual Branding & Design:
- Create on-brand graphics for LinkedIn profiles (banners, infographics, post templates)
- Design ATS-friendly infographic resumes (print/digital formats)
- Produce short promotional videos (career tips, client testimonials, company updates
Collaboration & Content Enhancement:
- Partner with resume writers to visualize career narratives (timelines, skill matrices)
- Adapt text-heavy content into engaging social media carousels and posts
- Maintain consistency with the team’s career marketing tone
Technical Execution:
- Ensure mobile-optimized designs for LinkedIn/ATS platforms
- Follow accessibility standards (colour contrast, readable typography)
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements
Design Expertise:
- 2+ years in graphic design (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
- Experience with video editing tools
Career Branding Awareness:
- Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and visual best practices
- Ability to translate resume content into hierarchy-driven visuals
- Knowledge of ATS-compliant design (for hybrid text-infographic resumes)
Soft Skills:
- Collaborative spirit, thrives in cross-functional teams
- Receptive to feedback from writers and clients
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
Preferred Background:
- Experience in personal branding or corporate design
- Familiarity with career coaching/HR industry
