Key Responsibility:

Provide application systems support and maintenance, including job processes, system integration, UAT testing, system administration, configurations, and program coding for self-developed applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and incidents with application systems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruptions.
Maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support services and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with project teams and external vendors to support project implementation and application enhancements.
Assist in standardizing application support workflows and problem resolution processes based on ITSM defined processes.
Perform application systems upgrades and regular maintenance during non-office hours and/or weekends if required.

Requirement

Degree holder (fresh graduate welcome) OR non-degree holder with one year working experience in related field
Hands-on experience in .NET (C#, VB, ASP and Struts), JAVA and MS SQL/MySQL
Hands-on experience in cloud-based application development and maintenance/ Power Automate/ Power App/ Power BI/ Salesforce is an advantage
Good interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Self-motivated, mission-oriented, and ability to work independently
