Job description

Location: Burnaby, BC (Remote)
Duration: Upto 24 Months
 
 Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:   
  • A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in clinical informatics, health information science, data science, and/or computer science including training and/or experience in designing business architecture in health technology domain. 
  • Previous experience working at senior levels in either health care (Health Authority or equivalent) or public sector (large Ministry) in BC or a Canadian province. 
  • Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is a must. 
  • Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-subject matter experts and build consensus and credibility among diverse groups. 
  • Proven success in architecting integrated business architectures from business, conceptual, logical and physical levels.  
  • Able to work expeditiously as an individual contributor and as a team member.  
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.  
  • Working knowledge on and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts, practices, and deliverables   
  • Exceptional MS Office skills 
 
Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated experience with the following additional skillsets: project management, organizational change management, program management, strategy development.
