The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges; those who have suffered a trauma; and those at risk, to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose. We are looking for a Case Manager Mental Health Professional for Street Outreach who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community.

What will you bring to the table?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a human service field. Master’s degree preferred. Bilingual Preferred
License/certifications: ASIST certification preferred. SAMHSA SOAR certification preferred.
Experience: Experience with at-risk clientele and crisis work. At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health and case management preferred
