Litigator – Employment - British Columbia

To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of mid-level to senior Employment Litigator in British Columbia, ideally with large firm and/or in-house experience.

As a Caravel Litigator, You will:

• Provide a full spectrum of Employment Litigation services to clients of all sizes, across all industries
• Desire and ability to manage own caseload from inception through trial.
• Experience at all levels of courts.
• Deal with matters from intake to close, including taking initial instructions, drafting  of documentation, dealing with all correspondence, and proactively moving matters.

What would YOU Bring:

• Minimum of 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience
• Litigation experience in areas of Employment
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• First chair trial experience
