This is a remote position.

Employee Relations Specialist

Join Hyremote, a remote staffing company dedicated to connecting overseas professionals with American businesses. Play a vital role in the HR department, focusing on employee well-being and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Employee Meetings: Conduct 10-15 individual 30-minute meetings daily with employees to assess their personal and professional well-being.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with employees, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address concerns or challenges employees face, including feelings of being overworked, in collaboration with the HR team to find effective solutions.
  • Observation and Insight: Detect underlying issues during conversations and proactively address them.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed notes after each meeting for accurate records and progress tracking.

You will work closely with a dynamic HR team, directly engaging with employees to support their well-being. This collaborative role involves partnering with HR professionals to create a positive and inclusive company culture.
