Job Overview:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who’s skilled at juggling data entry, email/text communications, spreadsheets, and light content tasks. If you're highly organized, Excel-obsessed, Mac-savvy, and know your way around social media and WordPress, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data across forms, systems, and documents.
  • Communication Support: Send out professional emails and text messages to clients and team members.
  • Form Filling & Admin Tasks: Complete various administrative duties including filling out online forms and keeping records up to date.
  • Spreadsheet & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Navigate and utilize platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook as needed.
  • Website & SEO Tasks: Support website tasks via WordPress and apply basic SEO knowledge when needed.
  • Tool Management: Use and manage Gmail and Craigslist accounts for communication or posting purposes.
