Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our lead generation efforts, assisting with repetitive tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, a self-starter mindset, and a minimum English proficiency of B2. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lead generation by researching and identifying potential clients and candidates.
  • Manage repetitive tasks such as data entry, email outreach, and CRM updates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support sales efforts by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and preparing reports for the sales team.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement lead-generation strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute communication materials, including email campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and organize email inboxes, responding to messages promptly and professionally.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics related to lead generation and customer service.


Requirements
  • English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience or strong interest in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of data and multitasking effectively.
  • Experience with email outreach and lead-generation strategies is a plus.
