Position Overview: We are seeking an independent, results-driven Remote Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a front desk representative for medical practices, you'll play a key role in managing communications, scheduling, and client support—all with the backing of Concierge Elite's internal resources. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage softphone systems to handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Multitask efficiently, running multiple applications and screens simultaneously
  • Schedule appointments across various clinics and software platforms
  • Process payments and handle prescription refills
  • Conduct outbound scheduling follow-ups with clients
  • Manage text and chat communications
  • Collaborate with team members through Google Chat

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (speaking, writing, communication, and low accent) is required
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
  • Stable internet connection with backup options
  • Reliable power source (backup power is a plus)
  • USB-powered noise-canceling headset and a working computer
  • Dual monitors for enhanced productivity
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, dependable, adaptable, and flexible
  • Familiarity with using a VPN may be required
  • Working webcam for team meetings
  • Must adhere to Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
  • Previous medical or veterinary experience is a plus, but not required

Hours and Pay:

  • This is a contracted position with no end date; contracts are renewed annually for compliance.
  • Full-time contractor roles available between 7 AM - 11 PM EST, Monday-Sunday.
