Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support in French, assisting clients with questions about travel packages, destinations, and bookings.

  • Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining records and following up on inquiries as required.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers, tour operators, and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about travel regulations, package offerings, and promotional deals to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and tailor recommendations that align with their travel preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is essential, along with strong communication skills in English.
